There have been some issues updating some Superbooks firmware where it get stuck at different stages. One user (@OverSoft on slack) has found the following process allowed their Superbook to update.
- Delete Displaylink - this frees up bandwidth.
- Delete Sentio Desktop - this prevents it from starting while updating
- Install / keep the Superbook Updater app.
- Set phone to battery saving mode - this decreases maximum USB throughput speed.
- Hard reset super-book while connected.
- Enter "Fn-P"
- Start updater.
